As a Market Access and Risk Specialist, you will support Convex Energy's global market access strategy while contributing to the Risk Management department. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate with programming skills to develop expertise in energy trading, risk management, and market access workflows. 
Through structured onboarding, mentorship, and exposure to real-world challenges, you will gain hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic industries. You’ll help ensure seamless market operations, manage data integrity, and contribute to process automation within the Risk Management department. 

• Develop a comprehensive overview and continuously execute all necessary tasks to ensure Convex maintains a strong presence in existing energy trading markets.
• Manage and optimize product and user administration, including trader access levels on energy exchanges and other market access platforms.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Convex, including the Trading, Legal, Operations, Finance, Risk and IT departments.
• Continuously analyze external reporting and compliance requirements for every market in which Convex is active.
• Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers at various energy trading exchanges and market platforms.
• Lead and streamline the end-to-end process of entering new markets; i.e. analyze requirements, secure trading permits, onboard local TSOs (Transmission System Operators) and exchanges, etc.
• Oversee relevant contractual arrangements and ensure their high-quality execution.
